At Heroic Hands Bodywork & Wellness, Stephanie leads with a deep understanding of trauma as a USMC combat veteran and Military Sexual Trauma (MST) survivor. She has faced severe mental illness, PTSD, and multiple mental health hospitalizations. With a background in Biomedical Sciences, a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine (MSOM), and a massage therapy license, she offers a wide range of holistic wellness services, bodywork, and consulting. Stephanie knows the pain of being unheard and uses her expertise to support healing and personal growth.
Michael, also a USMC combat veteran, served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and survived a rocket attack during the Battle of Fallujah. Living with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), he found peace and healing through the healing arts. A natural artist, Michael’s touch is intuitive, caring, and strong, offering safe, trauma-informed massage therapy. Together, they bring their shared experiences and skills to help others heal.
